Dr Kiley Loh Wei-Jen is a Consultant Breast Medical Oncologist.

He specialises in Medical Oncology, sub-specialising in Breast Cancer. Dr Kiley provides clinical care and research for people with breast cancer with practice interests that includes cancer supportive and survivorship care.

Dr Kiley graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Melbourne in 2004. He went on to obtain his Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), specialising in Medical Oncology through Australia’s Victorian Medical Oncology Training Program and also holds a Specialist Certificate in Clinical Research Oncology from The University of Melbourne. He served as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in Breast Oncology at NCCS from 2014 to 2021, where he was also Director of the Cancer Education and Information Services, and Clinical Assistant Professor at the Duke NUS Graduate School of Medicine. Dr Kiley is presently a Consultant Breast Medical Oncologist at both the Penang Adventist Hospital and Curie Oncology Singapore, as well as a Visiting Consultant in Cancer Supportive Care, National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS).

Dr Kiley was the recipient of the SingHealth Gold Service Award in 2020. He was also a recipient of multiple research grant awards and has been involved in many practice-changing clinical trials in breast cancer treatments.

Dr Kiley is passionate about personalising breast cancer treatment, minimising treatment side effects and cancer education. He believes that patients should be at the heart of healthcare and hopes to see more patients getting access to the best cancer treatments.
